Hey FlexyFit Fam!

Halfway through my birthday month and I'm nowhere near where I thought I'd be this year. Anyone else feel like this? I've come to the realization that adulting is about routinely putting out a serious of fires and attempting to stay sane in the process lol. (thank you for wine! 🍷)

While I'm not where I thought I'd be, I think I'm right where I'm supposed to be. You may have noticed that I've been super quiet...okay pratically non-existant on the FlexyFit blog and socials. That's because for the last few months my attention has been on building Slay the Stage, developing my everyBODY teacher training program, fulfilling my duties as Athlete Chair and Judge for USPSF and working with BIPOC Circus organizations.

While tiring (and often stressful AF), it's fulfilling to see all that I've been doing and working towards over the years finally coming together. All of my passions and interests are finally connecting and building a road to the next phase of life and I'm excited to share it with you! I'm thrilled to introduce you to Aerial Athletics Dallas (AAD) - the intersection of where my passion and my purpose meet!

AAD is not a studio, actually it's not even a physical location. Rather it is a creative outlet that is home to all of the things that I love to do and how I give back to this industry and community that I love so much. Stay tuned because there's so much more in store!

And speaking of my birthday! While I love presents and appreciate those that always think of me on my special day, I want to be practical. So for those that want to do something for me, I am happily accepting books, wine and Amazon gift cards to buy books and wine! 🥳🥳🥳
