Hi! I'm Ashley!

I'm a Body & Business Creative living unapologetically at the intersection of my passions. Business-minded with an Executive MBA, 17 years in the industry, and a mid-career pivot into the world of pole, aerial, and circus that I would make again without hesitation. I coach athletes, instructors, and studio owners — and everything I recommend here is what I actually use to run my business, train my body, and help others do the same. No fluff. Just what works.
